Spray cable lubricants

Spray Lubricants in “foam” or “gel” form – suitable for domestic electrical installations

They reduce significantly friction – up to 80% – protect the cable, reduce the work time and result in fast and easy job.

  • Quick and easy usage: spray canister pressure distributes the lubricant easier than by using bottle.
  • Lubricant is distributed along pipe, wiring and cables more equally, faster and easier
  • It prevents unwanted spills on the floor during usage

 

Foam texture

  • by injecting it at the entrance spray canister distributes foam lubricant along piping, at longer distance not easy to reach
  • fills all the volume of the duct
  • easy to apply in difficult working conditions (e.x. from bottom to up)
  • applicable also in installations with older cables

 

Gel texture

  • is preferable for vertical installations
  • suitable for areas and surfaces that are difficult to clean (e.x carpets)

 

Usage:

Apply Foam lubricant in the duct or Gel on the cable.

While passing cables in the duct, lubricant will be distributed. Repeat during penetration whenever needed for maximum performance

 

apply foam spray lubricant directly from head nozzle

apply gel spray lubricant directly from head nozzle

apply from distance and to longer spots by using the plastic pipe of gel spray

embedded extension pipe in the head of foam spray for safer and easier usage

NOTES
